Dennis Xie - CEO and President
Dennis leads Sourcetrix in its delivery of valuable services to regional,
national, and global customers. He shapes and drives Sourcetrix' strategic
vision and focuses on the long-term goals of customer satisfaction, sustained
growth, and exemplary business solutions through
the application of information technology. Dennis leads the plan for attracting
and retaining high-caliber talents in IT, sales, and marketing to
achieve these goals.
Before Sourcetrix Dennis worked at McKinsey & Company with a wide spectrum
of management consulting projects in the areas of strategy formulation, organization design,
financial analysis, and sales and marketing planning, particularly in
the IT and software industries. Dennis has an MBA degree from Kellogg Graduate
School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science
degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Daniel
Peterson - Executive Vice
President, North America
Daniel oversees the day-to-day management and operations of our business in North America.
Daniel's superior leadership skills and collaborative management style
foster an environment of high professional standards for growth and
excellence. Through his influence and motivation a creative, diverse
workforce operates synergistically to provide IT consulting services and
solutions for our clients.
Before Sourcetrix, Daniel was a managing director of a fast growing Internet consulting/services company that
services Fortune 1,000 companies. He led the team that enjoyed
exponential growth, thus participating in the IPO of the company. He
also worked as a senior manager at a leading financial services
company in Chicago. Daniel has an MBA degree from Kellogg Graduate School
of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Yale University.
Louis Liu - Executive Vice President,
Asia Pacific
Louis oversees the day-to-day management and operations of our business
in China and other Asian Pacific regions. Louis' leadership skills
and collaborative management style foster an environment of high professional
standards for engagement deliveries.
Louis is a veteran in IT/software business with more than ten years
of IT management experience. He worked for a number of United States IT companies
and industrial companies on project management, architecture design, technology
management and IT strategy formulation/business development. Before Sourcetrix,
he was a chief technology officer first and general manager later of a
United States invested software company in Beijing. Louis has a Master's degree
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science from Oberlin College, Ohio.
Jay Wang -- Vice President,
Sales and Marketing
Jay brings a unique understanding of business and technology to his role
as Sourcetrix Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jay directs Sourcetrix business development strategy and execution
as well as strategic alliance management, with a focus on
strong long-term relationships with our clients.
Jay's previous experience includes senior management, sales, marketing,
alliance partnerships, business development, systems integration and application
development. Before joining Sourcetrix, Jay was the chief technology officer
at EntMaster.com, a B2B corporate travel service portal. Prior to EntMaster.com,
he worked as a technical sales manager for Open Market Inc, a leader in
e-content management; marketing director for Acuity Inc. in e-CRM space
and support manager for Goldman Sachs. Jay has a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New
Jersey.
Matthew Ding - Vice President,
Consulting Services
Matthew leads the professional team of Sourcetrix consultants who help
clients define innovative ways to deliver business value with information
technology. Matthew works closely with the senior executive team and
applies his extensive consulting experience in solving tough business
problems. In addition to ensuring service quality, Matthew helps shape
and execute Sourcetrix business development and marketing strategies.
Matthew was a senior business solution delivery manager of Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). His industry
experiences spread across telecommunication, manufacturing, government
and natural resources. He has management and hands-on experiences in most
aspects of the solution delivery life cycle, including business planning,
requirement analysis, conceptual and detailed design, development, testing,
deployment and post-production support. He also has functional expertise
in CRM and Supply Chain Management as well as technical expertise in e-Commerce
System Development and Enterprise Application Integration. Matthew has
a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
